Pasifika Funeral Services

Our Pasifika Funeral Services have been formed in consultation with the community and their general needs (keeping in mind each family is unique). We have had many requests over the years for funeral packages for various communities with a particular focus on cultural or religious themes. In light of these requests, we have formulated these funeral packages that cater to specific needs, whilst giving families the option to alter these to their own needs.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to use these funeral packages.

Standard-American-Style-Casket

Pasifika Burial Service

Cost $10,900

  • Initial Transfer of the Deceased
  • Standard Size Embalming
  • Dressing at our Funeral Home
  • American Style Casket (White) Standard Size
  • 2 Hours use of our Chapel (Business Hours)
  • Transport Home
  • 100 Service Sheets
  • 1.5 Meter Casket Spray
  • Transportation and Funeral attendance on Funeral Day
  • Individualised Temporary Grave Marker
  • 1 Death Certificate

Our Pasifika Burial Service Includes the Following

  • Transfer from Home or Hospital to the funeral home.
  • We will meet with the family to discuss funeral arrangements, and guide the family where necessary. We will assist with the paperwork and booking for the cemetery.
  • Once our embalming team is ready, the preparation takes up to 1 or 2 days, depending on the individual circumstances. Before embalming takes place it is helpful for us to know approximately when the funeral is likely to take place.
  • We will make an appointment for the family to come in and dress. After dressing we place the deceased in their casket.
  • The casket that is included in this service is a White, Steel, American Style Casket with Split a Lid. It is a standard size and will be suitable for someone less than 6’2’’ and weighing less than 125kg.
  • We make our chapel available for a total of 2 hours for the family to view. Families have a 2 hour viewing or they can have 2 separate 1 hour viewings. The chapel is made available at this time and is capable of seating up to 40 people in comfort.
  • When the family is ready, we transport the deceased home via our transfer hearse.
  • On the day of the Funeral Service, we arrive at home with the 1.5-meter casket spray and the 100 service sheets that have been professionally printed in the ceremonial hearse.
  • We transfer to the Church or Hall for the service, and attend the service.
  • Once the service is completed, we transfer with the hearse to the cemetery.

* If a family service is held in a different location from the family home, we can assist with this as an extra transfer.

  • Initial Transfer of the Deceased

  • Rutland Split Lid Casket (White) Standard Size
  • 2 Hours use of our Chapel (Business Hours)

  • 100 Service Sheets
  • 1.5 Meter Casket Spray
  • Hearse transfer & Funeral Director at your Service
  • Hearse Transfer & Funeral Director at Crematorium
  • Medical Referee & Cremation Fee
  • 1 Death Certificate

The Pasifika Cremation Service includes the Following

  • When the family is ready, we transport the deceased home via our transfer hearse.
