Our Selection Of Urns
An Urn is the receptacle that the Ashes are returned to families in.
Urns have been in use for over 9000 years to hold human remains and there is evidence of Urns holding cremated remains from 5000 years ago. There are a vast and differing type and variety of Urns available. Our suppliers have at least 500 different types of urn available, it would make it difficult to list a fraction of there here. For your convenience we have compiled a list of Cremation Urns to guide you with regards to what urns are available.
There is a minimal stock of Urns at the funeral home, so please talk to us and we are always happy to order urns for you in and give guidance and advice when necessary.

As you can see from our list (that does not cover everything available) there is a vast range of availability. We urge families to consider their choices and take their time. May families ask about ‘splitting’ ashes, so some can have jewellery or a keepsake of ashes. This is a common practice now.
We also remind families to remember that we can also cut a locket of hair to be placed in a locket or similar a remembrance of their loved one.
Whatever your choice, keep in mind that you can take your time, talk about what you are wanting and do let us know what your wishes are as we can source most items.
